We like this doctor so much as our family doctor, we refer our own counseling clients to him. He takes time with you and is very friendly. Not one of several dozen referred clients disliked him or his staff. He even waited at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon so a client in crisis could come see him before the weekend. The guy is dedicated! They have reasonable prices and I can usually get in within a few days. Best doc I ever had.

I’ve seen some pretty harsh reviews about Step Mtn. Medical so I decided to speak up. My family has been coming to Dr. Larson for over 15 years. He is very knowledgeable and caring! He has a busy office because he cares! He genuinely tries to work with you to meet your health needs. He has a playful nature but he is still professional and not a push over. He can see through someone trying to be dishonest or misleading. He will tell you his medical opinion even if it is uncomfortable. He has a lot of integrity that way. Because of that, I have referred him to several friends. They too, speak highly of him. Dr. Larson and his staff are courteous and accommodating. Also at Step Mtn. is Jo Cluny another nurse practitioner. She is a friendly, motherly-type. I had the luck of finding her 25 years ago when I first moved to Utah. I was so happy when she and Dr. Larson teamed up a few years back. I come to Step Mtn. for all my families medical needs. And I have received great referrals from them whenever a need was beyond their scope. I saddens me to see such negative reviews about this office. I have deeply appreciated the care and service I’ve received here over the years!!

We have nothing but great experiences at this office! Kirk is amazing! Always listening to our concerns, front desk is outstanding as well. We've never had bad experiences! If I needed to make notice of anything - it is that I don't prefer seeing the female doctor within this office (Joylyn). I asked the team to put into my chart that I only want to see Kirk, along with my husband and kids.

I have been seeing the physicians at Step Mountain for 4 years. I have seen Kurt,. Joylyn and Jamie. All 3 have been top notch for me. Most recently I saw Jamie and she took the time to personally call in my referal and perscriptions while I was there. Kudos to these guys. Wish I could give 6 stars.

The negative reviews baffle me, truly. I HAD to write this one after today. My wife and I have been going to Step Mountain Medical for over 3 years. In all our encounters the staff have been professional and friendly. Kirt Larson and Jamie are fantastic. They ALWAYS give us as much time as we need. They answer questions and concerns. They have often given us an appointment last minute when we are sick. Today I was at my wit's end with my sinusitis, I called them up and they close early on Fridays (which I should have remembered). They had no openings but Jamie stayed late just to give me a telemed appointment and get the prescription I need. And she didn't just immediately push pills, she asked questions and diagnosed. Another time when my daughter was sick, Kirt Larsen gave her a gallon of his family's special apple cider brew that he gives as gifts. She always remembers how kind he was to her. I am not overstating this when I say Step Mountain has been the best primary care facility we've ever had. (It might be important to say I don't know any of these kind folks outside of this place as well)

Provided Holmes was awesome and helpful and so nice with the treatment of my kids warts. And the billing department was great to work with!

The people there were sweethearts and pleasant conversationalists, the doctor seemed to actually care about what I was saying and they wished me well on the way out. Appreciate them all around.

I had a sinus infection that needed some quick treatment options and they got me in the same day. The receptionists are great communicators and told me "I shouldn't have to wait for good care." Dr. Larson measured the pressures in my ears which were pretty high. I had a lot of pain in my head and had to call out of work previously. Thankfully, I had my new medicine in hand the same day and my sinus infection was gone in a few days. I was so grateful to everyone's help in orchestrating such good care and helping me feel better so I could get back to work and school.

It is absolutely great. I love step mountain medical it is such a clean building. I always leave with a smile on my face. The workers there are so nice Jaimie and Kirt have always been great and helped me to know how my health is going. This place is amazing and I’m happy I get to go again for my next appointment. 🤗 …
